As of 9:00 AM eastern U.S. time today, Saturday 30 Nov 2024, there are only six (6) hours remaining in Russia's Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) about missile launches from its Kapustin Yar missile area; presumably against Ukraine.
The NOTAM, shown above, was issued on 11-26 and took effect on 11-27 until today, 11-30 at 2000 hrs, which converts to 3:00 PM, eastern US time. That time is five hours behind UTC, which is coordinated universal time, formerly known as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
